RATES & POLICIES:
B&B Rates are based on maximum occupancy. "Habitats" can accommodate up to two cats each, and "Suites" can accommodate
up to three or five cats per suite, depending on which suite. Many suites have full-sized beds and can also accommodate a
human guest, if you request one to sleep with your kitty guest,
for whom there would be an additional charge of $20/night.

We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, and personal checks with ID.
PEAK SEASON DATES:
This Summer Peak Season is from the 20th of June through the 14th of September 2008.
This Winter Peak Season is from the 12th of November 2008 through the 04th of January 2009.
Peak Season rates apply to any major holiday and holiday weekends as well.
SATURDAY AND HOLIDAY POLICIES:
A two-night minimum applies to holidays and peak season weekends that include a Saturday night stay. For some weekends,
the two-night minimum for Saturday nights is waived but an extra fee of $10 for Habitats, or $20 for luxury Suites, may be
added to Saturday night only reservations. There is a $5 per cat surcharge on Major Holidays (Christmas Eve, Christmas Day,
etc.).
CANCELLATION POLICY:
IF YOU HAVE ASKED PAWSWEGO TO RESERVE A ROOM FOR YOUR CAT(S), YOU AGREE THAT IN DOING SO PAWSWEGO HAS LOST THE OPPORTUNITY
TO BOARD CATS OF OTHER CAT OWNERS SEEKING BOARDING FOR THE SAME PERIOD OF TIME. A reservation deposit guarantees a suite.
Cancellations made (for any reason) more than four weeks prior to your arrival date is subject to a full refund, minus
a $50 cancellation fee, solely at our discretion.
Cancellations made (for any reason) between two and four weeks prior to your arrival date may result in a refund of 50%
of the reservation deposit, solely at our discretion.
Cancellations made (for any reason) within two weeks of your arrival will be charged the full amount of the reservation
deposit.
Early departures (for any reason) will be charged the full amount of the reservation deposit.
The standard cancellation policies do not apply for multiple room reservations, peak season reservations, or holiday reservations.

SMOKING:
We are a non-smoking property. Please light up the place with your smile.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT ARRANGEMENTS:
Check-outs are from 09:00AM through 11:00AM daily.
Check-ins are from 01:00PM through 04:00PM daily.
Please
arrange both your check-in and check-out times with us in advance. VISITS TO THE LODGE ARE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY to protect
the privacy and safety of our furry guests.
PHONE & INTERNET ACCESS:
Our Walk-in Glass Cat Habitats do not have telephones. We may provide guests with a telephone, upon request, when booked
in a Suite.
Free wireless high-speed Internet access is available throughout the property, in addition to several plug-in data ports
in The Oswego Cat Lodge common areas.
ALLERGY-FREE B&B SUITES:
Our Private Suites are available with hypoallergenic pillows and bare wood floors. Please let us know your need of an
allergy-free room in advance of your stay.
GROUNDS:
Free parking on-site for guests.
CHILDREN:
The Oswego Cat Lodge is orientated for cats seeking a tranquil atmosphere, and is generally unsuitable for children under
12. Some exceptions to this policy can be made upon request, so please call and speak with us in advance if you would like
to bring your children along with you to check-in and check-out appointments.
PET POLICY:
The Lodge is reserved for Cats Only.
